Resume Success

Resume Success

Your Resume’ represents you and your capabilities in performing duties and work. Besides what is written in your resume, a good representation of your resume describes your work habit and behavior. There is no perfect resume’s or perfect format for any resume’s, readers or employers reads and finds things in your resume that interest them most or what they need to know about your previous work or you as a person. Your paper needs to be specifically complete as possible as you can, giving your objective as an applicant showing what you can do for them or for the company or establishment either what kind of benefit they can get from you and not mentioning you can get from the company or from them. As an applicant it is important to emphasize how you can contribute for the growth and to uplift the company.

Experience of Work

The human resources seeks any information in your work experience how you end up with other company or other work field. It must be not so good impression seeing a resume ending employment of previous work experience in a very short time and may conclude that you have some issues of loyalty or impatience in work. An employee staying more years in his company has dedication and patience for his growth and career promotion, most cases people leaving the company or establishment is in need of career growth, however employers who read your resume think that you will not stay in long term to their company as what you did to the others too.

In a short term basis of work, mentioning that you are contractual employee understands the reviewer or reader that ending the services is beyond your control and it will lead him to seek information about your best skills written so they can find ways to hire you for a full time employment.

Describing your work experience should start from latest up to the last company accordingly. Honesty is the best way to present your work experience, most employers these days ask for certificate of employment for every company that you have work for as a proof of employment as per your resume.

Work Description

Mentioning your work description for work experiences is an optional, however employers may find it more interesting about you and what you are qualified for in the other related work positions in their company or establishments, mentioning some assignment for your work experiences may consider your flexibility and competitiveness to the others and may conclude that you are a very productive person.

Certificates and Accomplishment

The most common certificates required is a proof of participation or attendance in a course that is relevant to your field of work and could contribute the proof of your specialization. The credits for this is to describe to the readers that you are a unique employee that may find the company think to regret if they could not hire the applicant. It is impressive to read mentioning certificates that is relevant to the position that you are applying for, the level of field position is considered all the time as per the certificates and accomplishments. As an employer, I need to see if you have government certificates, licenses, standard trainings, and other international certifications.

Character References

Putting Professionals in your character references shows that you are confident and true to all information that is mentioned in your resume. Please avoid to put your Father, Mother or Brothers or Uncle’s in you references.

Pages

A short and less pages resume is more interesting to read than a bunch of pages including other attachments. Please try to avoid some attachments and keep it until the second phase of your application or during interviews, employers may ask to see some proof.
